During live entry
Provisional prize tiers may be corrected as entry continues. The status and corrected markers help distinguish changing information from a final cross-check.
Official cross-check
A maker cannot verify their own publication. A separate authorised checker must compare it with the official result before the draw can be marked verified.
Report an issue
Include the draw code, prize tier, and the value you believe is wrong. Never send a full ticket photo or sensitive personal information.
